Dear Prospective Motorhome Owner;
All the motorhomes on Travel-Rite Rentals Rental Fleet are
privately owned and insured vehicles. They have been
purchased privately and have been contracted to the rental fleet
for rental use while the owner isn't using it. Some of the
vehicles are rented strictly as a business by the owner in order
to make extra income and others are on the fleet for the purpose
of having the rental income help offset the cost of buying and
owning a motorhome.

you should ask before signing a contract with any motorhome

a Motorhome Purchase Plan?
 
Here are
some questions you should ask…
| Does the motorhome rental company own any of the
units on the fleet? |
We do not. In most cases, other
rental companies own half of the rental fleet which would be
a conflict of interest.
| Is the rental agent a division of an R.V.
Dealer? (i.e. Sales,
Service, Parts) |
We are not. Our sole income is
renting your motorhome. When you don’t make money, we
don’t make money. We strive to rent your motorhome.
| Does the motorhome rental agent provide to you
all rental contracts pertaining to the rental of your
motorhome on a regular basis? |
We provide all contracts between
ourselves and the renter to you for every rental.
| Does the RV rental agent provide you with a
check-out, check-in sheet for every rental including the
amount of kilometres your vehicle has traveled? |
We do. You receive copies of
all check-outs and check-ins from every rental. Odometer
readings and generator hours are noted before and after every
trip.
| Does the motorhome rental agent provide
statements each and every month, whether or not your
motorhome was rented out? |
We provide statements to you every
month of the year, noting upcoming rentals and account
activity.
| Does the RV rental agent pay your accrued
income every month? |
We pay all accounts every month. You
receive a complete paper trail of every rental, giving you the
exact same information that we have. You are never left in the
dark as to where and when your unit is rented.
| Does the motorhome rental agent charge you for
preparation of the unit every time it is rented out? |
We do not. Only the renter is
charged for preparation costs. We also provide a yearly
demonstration to you should you require it at absolutely no
cost. We will also provide any help we can to you regarding
your motorhome.
